About Me

A Dog Lover's Journey: Building Bonds One Paw at a Time

Welcome to Corrina Babiash Clark's Dog Training!

My journey into the world of dog training began over two decades ago when I welcomed Oscar, my beloved Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy, into my life. Oscar wasn't just a pet; he was my heart dog, and I knew from the start that he would need proper guidance as he grew into a large and strong companion. This realization led me to seek the assistance of a professional trainer, and thus began my passion for canine education.

The joy I found in training Oscar was unparalleled, and it sparked a question in my mind: Could this be my calling after retiring from the Marine Corps? With eight years left in my military service in 2004, I embarked on a journey of learning and service to dogs and their families. Throughout those years, I dedicated myself to Oscar's training, volunteered at shelters and rescue organizations, fostered countless puppies, and pursued formal education through Animal Behavior College.

In 2012, after retiring from the Marine Corps, I transitioned seamlessly into full-time dog training. Since then, I've had the privilege of assisting hundreds of families in training their canine companions. More than just teaching commands, I strive to foster deep, lifelong bonds between dogs and their owners. For many, I become a trusted resource, offering boarding services and continued support whenever needed.

What drives me each day is the love I have for what I do and the honor I feel in helping families build harmonious relationships with their furry family members.

Our Puppy Program, designed for pups aged 10-18 weeks, emphasizes potty and crate training, and teaches basic obedience cues like sit, down, wait, leave it, watch me, and drop it. Puppies also get introduced to leash walking. Plus, they socialize with other dogs, forming proper play habits and bite inhibition. With expert guidance, we create a supportive environment for your puppy to thrive in, making training fun and engaging so you can continue to work with your puppy upon their return.
